Refund Policy

Services

As our services are performed in person, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS TBD] and we will work to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, any prepayment made will be refunded in full. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
