Bookings and appointments
Appointments can be booked through our website via Wix Bookings. By booking an appointment, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or to cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Payments
Payment can be made online via Stripe or in person at the shop (cash or card). All prices listed are in Euro and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of any prepayment made or affect your ability to book future appointments.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment without contacting us in advance, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure all clients receive their full appointment time. If you know you are running late, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Vouchers can be redeemed against any service or product. Vouchers are non-transferable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
Refund policy
As our services are performed in person, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us at commongroundstudioclinic@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue. Prepayments for cancelled appointments will be refunded in full where the cancellation is made within the required 24-hour notice period. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Common Ground Barbershop & Hair Clinic unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We take every care in providing our services but accept no liability for any adverse reactions to products used during treatments. Please inform us of any allergies or skin conditions before your appointment.
